  • Bylaw 1185/24 for Clearwater County to add residential shop as a discretionary use in the Residential Estates District “RE”. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Clearwater County Council Chambers at 4340 - 47 Ave, Rocky Mountain House.


  • Bylaw 1186/24 for Rosemarie Verhesen and Western Ice Co. Ltd. to redesignate ±6.07 acres of Plan 202 2143, Block 2, Lot 5 & Lot 6 (Pt. NE 14-39-07-W5M from Light Industrial District “LI” to Country Residence District “CR” for the continued residential use of both parcels. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Clearwater County Council Chambers at 4340 - 47 Ave, Rocky Mountain House.

  • Bylaw 1154/23 for 1598768 Alberta Ltd. (Pidherney’s Inc.) to redesignate +/-66.37 acres from the Plan 962 3858, Block 1, Lot 13 (Pt. NW 14-39-08 W5M) and +/-155.23 acres from the SW 14-39-08 W5M from the Agriculture District “A” to the Direct Control District “DC” and consolidate the lands to expand an existing aggregate operation.

A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at Clearwater County Council Chambers at 4340 – 47 Ave, Rocky Mountain House.
