18 Operational Negotiation Topics: Although these operational items are not required for the report to the Minister, it is considered best practice to consider and address them in tandem with mandatory items, as these matters take time and involve gathering additional input from stakeholders.

The Village of Caroline owns and maintains a total of eight (8) buildings and four (4) recreation areas (all are within the Village of Caroline.) The Committee agreed to accept a report for all of these facilities (assets) to be transfer to the newly amalgamated municipality. |
