How to Schedule an Event

January 2021 Update -  Please be advised that due to COVID-19 restrictions put in place by the Alberta Government, we cannot offer in-person public education events.

All prearranged fire hall tours and event requests are scheduled through the CRFRS Life Safety and Events (LSE) Committee. The LSE Committee is comprised of Paid-on Call (POC) Firefighters from each of our five stations.

All requests must be sent to fireadmin@clearwatercounty.ca with at least four weeks notice. Once the request is received, it is reviewed by the Assistant Chief in charge of fire prevention and then sent to the LSE Committee. A LSE Committee representative will contact the organizer to confirm the event has been received and approved.

How to Schedule a Fire Hall Tour

Fire hall tours at the Rocky Mountain House hall are only scheduled on the first Tuesday and third Wednesday of each month, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Fire hall tours at the Condor, Caroline, Leslieville and Nordegg halls are available upon request Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (depending on availability of POC firefighters).
