An appeal of Development Permit 08/19 has been received and, in accordance with Section 686.2 of the Municipal Government Act, a hearing will be as follows:

HEARING DATE/TIME:    10:00 a.m., Friday March 22, 2019
HEARING LOCATION      Clearwater County Municipal Office Building (Council Chambers) at 4340 ­ 47 Avenue, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta
HEARING NUMBER:       19-003 – Development Permit for operation of a liquor store.
SUBJECT PROPERTY:     Legal Description:  PLAN 112 4526, BLOCK 1, LOT 5 (PT. NE 27-40-15-W5)CONTAINING 1.19 HECTARES (2.94 ACRES), MORE OR LESS.
Municipal Description:   615 COAL MINERS CRESCENT (NORDEGG)
